The spa and fitness club will fulfil all your needs and ensure you feel completely comfortable in mind body and soul. The spa facilities include a sauna, a steam bath, a solarium and a “quiet area” installed with music headsets. The fitness studio is fully-equipped with a large range of apparatus suitable for cardio workouts and weight training to help you reach peak fitness.

The hotel offers five different rooms for conferences and meetings, which can be arranged according to your needs. All the rooms have air conditioning and are fitted out with audio visual equipment. We can also offer you a conference suite on the fourth floor which has a fantastic view of the Inner Alster Lake.

Each of the 157 rooms and suites has its own individual flair and most give a breath taking view of the Inner Alster Lake, which is a real highlight.

The Junior Suites range in size from 40m² to 56m². The combined living and sleeping areas are furnished with genuine paintings and precious antiques. The comfortable accommodation is completed by a further spacious seating area, most with a sofa, two armchairs and a desk.

The Alster Suites are arranged in an alcove style, the large combined living and sleeping areas spaced out over an area ranging from 60 m² to 82 m². All have large, bright bathrooms and are elegantly furnished with genuine paintings, precious antiques and beautiful mirrors.

The Alster Superior Suites come with spacious, separated living and sleeping areas and are 75m² in size. Each suite has a large bathroom as well as a walk-in wardrobe, where luggage can be tidied away.

The restaurant Haerlin is one of the leading gourmet restaurants in Germany and has been awarded with a Michelin star and 17 Gault Millau points.

The Jahreszeiten Bar, spaced out over two levels, is located right next to the entrance of the restaurant and gives a beautiful view of the Alster. Here you will find a vast drinks menu, including all classic and international cocktails, which are mixed by barman Santo Pupillo, as well as an incredible array of rare spirits.

On the Jahreszeiten terrace, you will be served with small snacks and select, delicious dishes.

Coming from the A24 motorway:
- Follow the A24 to the end. You will have reached “Horner Kreisel”.
- From here follow the “Sievekingsallee” in the direction of the city centre.
- Follow the information signs towards the city centre and the “Hauptbahnhof” (main train station).
- Keep going on this street, over the “Lombardsbrücke” bridge.
- At the traffic lights, turn left into the street “Neuer Jungfernstieg” and follow it until you reach the entrance of the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten.

Coming from the A1 motorway:
- Travel on the A1 towards Hamburg.
- Follow the signs to the city centre.
- Once you reach “Amsinckstraße” follow signs to the “Hauptbahnhof” (main train station).
- Keep going on this street, over the “Lombardsbrücke” bridge.
- At the traffic lights, turn left into the street “Neuer Jungfernstieg” and follow it until you reach the entrance of the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten.

Coming from the A7 motorway:
- Travel through the “Elbtunnel” and take the exit marked “Stellingen”.
- Follow signs to the city centre, cross over the “Eimsbüttler Marktplatz” (the square) and follow the “Fruchtallee” until you reach the street called “An der Verbindungsbahn”.
- Keep going past the train station “Dammtor”.
- At the river Alster, turn right into the street “Neuer Jungfernstieg” and keep going until you reach the entrance of the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten.

It is possible to reach the hotel from Fuhlsbüttel Airport by taxi (approximately EUR 20) or by limousine (approximately EUR 110) in around 20 minutes. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the “Hauptbahnhof” (main train station).

The nearest U-bahn train station is only 2 minutes away by foot and is called “Gänsemarkt”.
